My personal training sessions take place in the open spaces of Wandsworth Common, Clapham Common and Battersea Park to get you running, climbing, jumping, and throwing combining neuro-muscular and balance work for a complete body workout. Training that focuses on the ability to push stationary objects or pull yourself up eclipses a workout that focuses on a basic standard bench press.

As your fitness improves and your core strength increases, I gradually introduce the listed training techniques into your personal training programme, do not be intimidated, these techniques keep the workouts fun and challenging whilst stripping away fat and sculpting a lean body shape.
